Why are there 4 colors codes?

Because there are transiting planets and transiting cusps. The most important are the transiting planets. You have green zone time and on top of that is the blue transiting cusps. That gives it an extra boost. That specific time is a best time to bet! If the blue transiting cusps are by themselves, it is still good, just not as strong as the combination of green with blue transiting planets.

If you have red zone time and on top of that is the purple transiting cusps, it represents a double whammy of bad transiting aspects.

Green Zone Time- good transiting planets

Red Zone Time- bad transiting planets
Purple Zone Time- bad transiting cusps

What if I want to play over the blue or purple transiting cusps time by itself?

As long as you leave your place of residence on the green time zone and arrive at the casino on the green time zone you should be fine. I would advise you to use caution when you are at the purple transiting cusps time.
